After graduating from Edinburgh University, Sandra began her resourcing career in 2000 at Intelligent Finance before joining HBOS as an HRBP in 2005. A stint at Standard Life followed, then on to Tesco Bank in 2010, shortly after the Bank launched. Sandra has overseen talent acquisition there for the past seven years, in a post financial crash resourcing environment which she has described as “challenging !”. The candidate journey and experience is a prime driver for Sandra, as is the creation and maintenance of a strong EVP and attraction strategy. Sandra leads the team delivering an end to end recruitment process, designing and delivering innovative and engaging strategies for attraction and retention across Tesco Bank.
